Birthday Dinner | Wenrene

"Joohyun unnie, what gift would you want for your birthday today?" Seungwan said while she gets ready for her schedule. She's been busy with her Like Water/ solo debut preparations. 

"Aside from your heartfelt letter, flowers and chocolates?" Joohyun said while she watches Seungwan dress up. 

"Mmmm.. Yup!" 

"Nothing." 

"E-eh? Nothing?" She reacted while having a hard time buttoning her outfit. It was an easy task but her nervousness prevented her to function normally. Aside from being nervous because she has a new schedule today, Joohyun's watchful eyes contributed to her tension.

Seungwan went home late in the dorm last night, a schedule she mistakenly informed Joohyun about. Seungwan thought she'll come home early that night so she and Joohyun made plans to have dinner. When Seungwan's manager showed the schedule again to her during the day, she almost choke on her drink when she saw that she made a mistake. A grave mistake.

She felt bad because Joohyun looked forward to it so much. Joohyun was ecstatic about it because it's their alone time together after working so hard from their own solo activities. Even though they live in the same dorm, their schedule just don't match up lately at all. So in the end Joohyun got disappointed and that's one of the detestable happenings that Seungwan wanted to avoid but couldn't in their relationship.

But that's not the main reason why Seungwan was tensed lately before her girlfriend. Joohyun had been very understanding how important work, most especially her solo debut to her career. So, Joohyun forgave her right away.

The reason was, Seungwan was guilty over something that she did just recently. She realized it late but she did something that she knew Joohyun would be mad about. She didn't do it purposely though... it's her problem with herself too, being naturally... greasy.

Joohyun may not be active on instagram but she's a real human form of a surveillance camera. Wendy didn't know how but even when they were unable to spend much time together lately, Joohyun always knew everything she does even those details she missed out telling. It didn't creeped out Seungwan of course, because from the very beginning she knew all along how Joohyun was a bit... possessive of her. She easily gets jealous at times to which Seungwan always found so... cute. 

Yes, Joohyun already found out about her meeting up with Sejeong on her own special day. Joohyun didn't spoke a word upfront to her about it but she specifically gave out clues that she's aware. Like how she always clings to her whenever she comes home. How she gives out lovely kisses even in front of other members who all feigned gagging whenever it happens. She also takes a lot of pictures together while doing couple poses and tried to post on Instagram but ended up saving to drafts. All of these were enough clues that Joohyun found out something that she didn't like. Something that provoked her to unleash the jealous and possessive beast out of her natural tsundere form and Seungwan knew what it was. 

"Sejeong, are you going to meet her today?" Joohyun asked nonchalantly but Seungwan felt like she heard something else like Why are you meeting her today when it's a special day for me? Explain. 

Seungwan must be going mad! 

"Uhmm.. yeah." 

"Why didn't you tell me about it?" 

Why didn't you tell me about it? Are you planning to sneak behind my back? On my birthday of all time?

"You know that's not true. It's a job so I thought it's not worth sharing. Also, Sejeong and I are friends who haven't got together for a long time so we thought it was a... chance."

"Chance?" 

Chance? How dare you looking for chances to be with her when I'm here?

"D-don't worry, I'll come home to you for dinner later. I'll bring gifts too...I'll make it up to you." Seungwan's trembling worsened when Joohyun stood up from the sofa and started walking towards her while eyes were staring fiercely at her.

Seungwan gulped, she finally noticed how Joohyun was still in her night gown. The light coming from the window behind her was highlighting the alluring silhouette of her girlfriend's body. When Joohyun stood before her, she traced her collar with her soft hands and she slowly moved her body intimately close to hers. Joohyun's warmth was driving Seungwan insane!

When Joohyun got satisfied seeing her effect on her girlfriend, she whisphered seductively on her ears, "I want you... tonight." 

Seungwan blushed as her wild imagination started wandering on its own after Joohyun successfully enticed her. Seeing that, Joohyun smirked without Seungwan noticing. She was too busy with the heat her heart and mind were producing. 

Joohyun started fixing Seungwan's outfit neatly that the latter was finding too hard to do earlier. Joohyun, being a tease she was, made sure that her touches on Seungwan's body left traces to remind her that it won't happen if she disappoints her today. That was a risky threat though, Joohyun wouldn't want her plans for tonight to be halted. She just want Seungwan and that's that, but she won't admit that to her.

"Do you understand, Seungwannie?" 

"I-I understand.." 

"So who's the princess now?" 

"You of course, my princess."

"Good. Stop your greasy self typing on Instagram for once, okay?" 

"O-okay..." 

"Good girl."

"Mmmmhh.." Seungwan moaned in the process of Joohyun's roaming hands on her body and that brought her back to reality. She's supposed to be rushing towards her work for today! What was she doing?!! 

Seungwan then moved away from the dangerous Joohyun that's making her feel inappropriate things for this time of the day. She then dash out of their dorm after she picked up her things, leaving Joohyun with a victorious smileon her face.

After work and now on a 'friendly' date with Seojong at a café (2 hrs before meeting up with Joohyun) 

"Seungwan, why aren't you talking? Do you feel uncomfortable when we only met after a long time?" Sejeong asked worriedly. 

"Uh... well, sorry Sejeong. I guess I was tired from today's schedule." She lied. 

"I could fully relate to you so no need to say sorry. I was pretty tired too when debuting solo but just keep it up and continue to work hard. Everything will pay off in the end." Sejeong smiled at her and Seungwan felt guilty about not talking much to her today. She was just nervous that she'll add up fuel to Joohyun's jealousy if she ever spoke a word because sometimes her greasiness always speaks for herself. 

"Thank you, Sejeong. By the way, I loved your new released song Warning! It was really good!"

"Aw. Thanks! I can't wait to hear Like Water full version too! Your mood samplers captivated me so much and I'm sure I'd love the song too!" 

Then they started hanging out as real friends and talked mostly about their music. They caught up with each other and enjoyed each other's company.

After one and a half hour, Seungwan was already finding the right timing to bid farewell to Sejeong when her phone vibrated. Her grilfriend was already looking for her. 

Joohyun also sent her the photo she posted on LYSN were she posed with the tulips flowers and was in blue sweater, a birthday gift for luvies. 

The message with it made Seungwan smiled foolishly and she now can't wait to head home.

"I'm wearing blue on my first public appearance on this special day to let everyone know that I support your debut!" 

"There are so many colors, but it is only when I wore blue I'm declaring a vivid message that I'm completely yours to the world."

"But you know I'm yours from the very start whatever color I wear, right? Even none? *winking emoji*"

"If I'm yours then it means you're mine. So go home to your owner now, Son Seungwan." 

"You've been a good girl today." 

"Come home and get your reward, Seungwan-ah."

"I'm all ready!"
